I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, making it a very relaxing experience. The staff's attentiveness really made a difference, especially during our spa visit. However, the dining options could definitely be improved to match a five-star standard, and the pools could use more frequent cleaning throughout the day. Still, I would absolutely return for the fantastic atmosphere and hospitality!
